Provider Bids
Users can expect to receive multiple provider bids for requests posted as Bid & Post or Request Bids.
For Direct Award requests, the bid will be submitted by the chosen provider.
Bid Review
Review providers' portfolios, skills, videos on their profiles, and check their transaction-verified ratings and reviews for tasks they've previously completed on Service Universe. This allows you to ensure that you are selecting the right professional for your task.
Users also have the option to reject certain bids, but it's not required to proceed with your favorite offer.
Bid price acceptance
Please consider the following tips when you're ready to accept the bid from your favorite provider.
Enter a price that matches or exceeds the bid. If you enter a lower price, the provider may choose to reject this service request.
We will validate your payment method by placing a small hold on your primary credit card.
