Pending Invoices
Sometimes you may see a message indicating that your invoice is pending, even though the work has been completed. Feel free to chat with the provider to inform them about this.
Invoice
When the job is completed and the invoice is issued, users are expected to authorize the payment. Customers will have the option to make adjustments to the final invoice by applying a discount coupon or adding gratuity to express appreciation to the service provider.
Invoice Payment
The payment can be authorized by clicking on 'Pay Now' or selecting alternatives from the 'Options' menu. The 'Options' menu includes secure checkouts from Stripe and PayPal.
If the invoice payment is not authorized promptly, the platform reserves the right to process the payment using the available payment methods on file.
